Stephan Marshall was born and raised in San Bruno, CA. A true son of the bay area, he is from a family rich with San Bruno history and is deeply rooted in his love for the San Francisco bay area. His family tradition in the bay area gives way to his schooling tradition. Stephan is a graduate of St. Robert's grammar school in San Bruno and St. Ignatius College is preparatory in San Francisco. In addition, he attended Sonoma state university, as well as UCLA(University of California, Los Angeles) for additional education. In 2005, Stephan received his real estate license following in the tradition of his grandmother, father, sister, and brother in selling homes to families in the bay area that he grew up with.
Stephan’s decision to join the family business was not without careful consideration. He spent a decade working his way up the ladder of success in the restaurant business, but, after the birth of his older daughter, felt that a career in real estate would provide a more stable home environment.
Stephan hit the ground running, and, in his first year of real estate, he was recognized by broker/agent magazine as a “Rising Star” in San Mateo county real estate. His success and productivity have continued as he is always amongst the top producers in his office.
Client satisfaction is something Stephan takes very seriously. “My personality is very laid back and approachable. Honesty is my priority. I make sure each client is really well educated about the transaction and gets individual attention. I believe that a realtor must treat every client uniquely.
